Join us the first and third Tuesdays of every month for "transformation Tuesdays"
"Transformation Tuesdays", now in its third year, is an ongoing live seminar via ZOOM. This is in association with Stony Brook Southampton Hospital and the Ed & Phyllis Davis Wellness Institute. The host for this program is Albert R O'Connell. Each segment focuses on a specific area of self-development. The program begins promptly at 2:30 PM and commences at 3:30 PM.
